Description
  • Implement software interfaces to telephony and digital subscriber loop (DSL) programs running on a DSP-based system
  • Implement communications protocol software(TCP/IP STACK, UDP,ARP, ETHERNET, ATM) on DSP or ARM embedded systems
  • Assist team members in firmware code implementation
  • Work with DSP engineers to influence the design of code and test the implementation of the code on hardware
Qualifications
  • Experienced in C/C++ and/or DSP assembly language
  • Experienced in real-time embedded programming in C
  • Experienced in source level and assembly level debuggers
  • Experienced in real-time embedded operation systems, development and debugging tools(pSOS+, VxWorks, RTOS, based on ARM processor and/or DSP)
  • Knowledge of ATM, TCP/IP, UDP, Ethernet and other communications protocols and also knowledge of networking technologies
  • Knowledge of Unix and/or Linux OS is an asset
