Description
  • Manage and scope all new system enhancements to the marketing automation tool for development teams to implement
  • Assess future project needs and design data-related process flows
  • Document existing processes and implement improvements to enhance marketing productivity
  • Outline workflow processes to increase the efficiency of the marketing organization
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, methodologies, best practices, etc. for Java developers
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master degree in related field (MIS, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics)
  • Experience in leading the implementation and configuration of marketing packaged software, specifically MRM or Campaign Management software
  • Understanding of Campaign Management capabilities from the perspectives of business process, operations and technologies
  • Experience developing business applications in a full software development life cycle environment using Java and J2EE technologies such as JDBC, EJBs, etc.
  • Broad background in marketing management, execution and measurement
  • Experience in Direct Marketing for direct mail campaigns or telemarketing
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and A/B testing
  • Strong knowledge of operating system scripting, web applications, SQL and foundational technologies
  • Knowledge of Oracle and XML is required
  • Familiarity with UNIX is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
  • Keeps abreast of new technology trends and standards development
  • Resource(s) must be able to manage time and be able to work to deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers, management, and technical staff
