| Qualifications |
- Bachelors or Master degree in related field (MIS, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics)
- Experience in leading the implementation and configuration of marketing packaged software, specifically MRM or Campaign Management software
- Understanding of Campaign Management capabilities from the perspectives of business process, operations and technologies
- Experience developing business applications in a full software development life cycle environment using Java and J2EE technologies such as JDBC, EJBs, etc.
- Broad background in marketing management, execution and measurement
- Experience in Direct Marketing for direct mail campaigns or telemarketing
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and A/B testing
- Strong knowledge of operating system scripting, web applications, SQL and foundational technologies
- Knowledge of Oracle and XML is required
- Familiarity with UNIX is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Keeps abreast of new technology trends and standards development
- Resource(s) must be able to manage time and be able to work to deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers, management, and technical staff
