| Description |
- Estimates, plans, conducts, oversees and participates in component, system level and regression testing
- Works with Project Managers, developers and stakeholders and may lead testers during projects in the development of clear, concise, detail oriented test automation suites from business requirements on major cross lane deliverables/projects
- Engages with testers to collect status and provides updates to Project Managers
- Defines and evolves test automation strategies for new capabilities/releases and looks for reuse and advances testing methodologies within the team
- Remediate issues as they arise and ensures that testing services provided meet team standards and methodologies
- Assigns work to testing resources, monitors progress and provides feedback, reports progress to external parties, and acts as a techical coach

| Qualifications |
- Minimum of 6-8 years of directly related work experience in I.T./Quality Assurance
- Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory/Management experience (Work Assignment, Technical coaching, work product evaluation and feedback)
- Strong inter-personal skills (written and verbal)
- Expert Experience with testing processes and tools which support the testing process including Quality Center, Loadrunner, QuickTest Professional, Java, SQL
- Practical experience in testing / quality assurance domain
- College/Bachelor (Computer Science/Engineering)
- Overtime may be required
