- Define, plan, manage, and implement (one or more) cross-functional/multi-functional IT enterprise programs/projects related to the IT Strategic plan
- Plan and undertake specific major programs/projects involving a multi-disciplinary team
- Deliver complex programs/projects within the agreed time, budget, cost, and quality objectives
- Manage large and multiple cross-funcional program and project teams
- Critically examine existing processes suggesting areas where project management best practice can be introduced and embedded
- Actively contribute to effective program/project management across the Information Technology Solutions group

| Qualifications |
- At least 10+ years IT experience of which 5 are within complex multi-phased project management roles within large enterprise environments
- Strong Program/Project Management skills with demonstrated experience with project management tools (preferably Microsoft Project) and best practices/processes
- In-depth understanding, knowledge and experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management Methodology (PMM) or Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK-based project management methodology. Familiar with the concepts of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), JAVA and various integration technologies
- Excellent relationship management skills including Steering Committee and Stakeholder management (especially managing expectations)
- Comprehensive understanding of finance issues, budgeting and cost benefit analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects or multiple streams within a program
- Ability to mentor and provide expertise to the PM community
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on a day-to-day basis
- Manage quality and apply effective change management skills, tools and techniques

- Produce quality documentation
- Strong expertise in project mechanics with requirement of flexibility and pragmatism in the application of mechanics
- Business case understanding including of benefits definition, delivery and realization
