- Analyse business / technical requirements and creates strategies and plans for the organization¿s test automation mission
Lead, create, document and maintain automated sanity and regression test framework and test suites
Execute test suites, analyse results, raise defects, and write test reports
-Provide team leadership, task planning, reporting, and coordination
-Lead and provide guidance to the team's load / performance testing process improvement
-Lead career management for subordinates
-Drive and participate in organizational process improvement effort with industry best practices

| Qualifications |
- Minimum of 8-10 years of directly related work experience in software testing and test automation, load testing
- Minimum of 3 years of Supervisory/Management experience
- Ability in planning based on mission; providing guideance to direct reports; driving through problem resolution; hands-on capability
- Test automation, QTP, LoadRunner, Java, SQL and Oracle, VB Scripting, Unix
- Strong inter-personal skills (written and verbal)
- Expert experience with testing processes and tools which support the testing process including Test Director, LoadRunner, QuickTest Professional, JBuilder, TOAD
- Work well in a team/collaborative work environment
- Bachelor Degree/Computer Science or Engineering
