| Qualifications |
- Develop business requirements and conduct business needs analysis
- Monitor and review systems performance and service quality
- Provide 3rd level diagnostics support to help desk
- Provide weekly updates of work activity to management
- Perform regular capacity planning to ensure systems performance will meet requirements
- Participate as subject matter expert (SME) on projects and provide work plan estimates
- Minimum of 3-5 years of directly related work experience in IT Systems Administration
- Experience with the following: VMWARE, Citrix, Exchange, and MS Windows
- Proficient problem solving abilities
- Functional customer relation skills
- Functional organizational skills
- Functional project management skills
- Work well in team environments and individually when necessary
- Adaptable and flexible
- Able to work in a tight schedule or deadlines with quality results
- Expert Knowledge of Unix, Windows or Storage systems as well as Networks
- College certificate/Diploma/Computer Science/Engineering/Bachelor Degree.
- Overtime as needed
- On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
