Description
  • Coordinating the delivery of code from various development teams into source version control software
  • Scheduling and monitoring build efforts with integrators and database administrators
  • Ensuring that all software has passed quality assurance requirements before release
  • Developing and documenting long-term release schedules
  • Coordinating production releases with internal and external SMEs
  • Control the software release build cycles for multiple product lines
  • Work closely with multiple teams and define deliverables and schedules
  • Ensure that all software changes have followed the proper testing and QA processes
  • Ensure that all system changes conform to the defined company processes
  • Develop and update documentation to define processes within Release and Change Management
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience working within the Software Development Life cycle
  • 3-5 years experience working with an enterprise database system
  • 3-5 years experience working in a UNIX environment, preferably HP-UX
  • 2-4 years experience working with source code control system
  • 2-4 years experience with ITIL-based Configuration, Change and Release Management Systems
